Did you ever hold a pencil with two fingers at one end and lift it up and down repeatedly and it would look like the pencil was rubbery and not solid like it is. While your boat was bouncing one way, your helmet cam was going the opposite way while bouncing in the chop. I think that is why the video looked distorted once you were at full throttle in the chop. LOL

Strange thing about the GoPros is the helmet cam picked up the sound pretty good, but the deck mounted cam sounds like static - with no motor sound..
