I have no luck finding the lower trim pin for my kplanes. It is relatively unique....I am finding. I will add a picture later, but here is the description.....
The trim cylinder for my setup is a two piece design, and it splits in the center for servicing.
The cast aluminum end that is fastened to the stroke is shaped like a "T"
The pin that holds the lower mount has a machined "nipple" on one side that accepts the plastic fitting on the end of the cable that ultimately directs the tab indicator at the helm....
Based on this description, does anyone have a clue as to my locating one of these?
To make it better, not really, everything I have seen from merc is a smaller diameter ("3/8") than I need....
Overall length is 7.2 inches. Diameter is 1/2 and the extended part is 1/4.
Picture in a few minutes....
