Default Fellow members, help finding a part.....

I have no luck finding the lower trim pin for my kplanes. It is relatively unique....I am finding. I will add a picture later, but here is the description.....

The trim cylinder for my setup is a two piece design, and it splits in the center for servicing.

The cast aluminum end that is fastened to the stroke is shaped like a "T"

The pin that holds the lower mount has a machined "nipple" on one side that accepts the plastic fitting on the end of the cable that ultimately directs the tab indicator at the helm....

Based on this description, does anyone have a clue as to my locating one of these?

To make it better, not really, everything I have seen from merc is a smaller diameter ("3/8") than I need....

Overall length is 7.2 inches. Diameter is 1/2 and the extended part is 1/4.

Picture in a few minutes....

Gordon......can I send u my bgs and have you shave the choke horns off at the same time?.....i keep thinking I should just buy an overhead mill and be done.....but that still wouldn't fix my pin problem.

my trs rings and retap? Every machine shop around here I ask looks at me like I told them to phuckoff

There are acouple guys on craigslist that are parting out a boat right now. If you look under baltimore Md and search scrab you will find him sounds like his boat is about that year your looking for.
