Congrats to Greg Olson - GT Performance - Eliminator Boats.

We were tied off front line right by the finish line. To see that boat run 192 in person only 100 feet away was an incredible experience. I had a friend on the docks at Capt Rons that said his wife took the keys. If that was me I would have taken my wife into my cabin and had "relations" with her just to show the MTI and Skater boys what a real catamaran was capable of. Center Pod what? Oh and also grab a beer from my cooler down front on the way back out!

TOP GUN BABY....It is an Eliminator Nation!

Yes they will last a couple runs LOL! Good question ?

For the run the engines were set to 1800hp per engine, and running on E-85 fuel, set to run "hard". Now they can probably be detuned to be more pleasure boat friendly, but they were drag motors for that 192mph run.

Mr Olson You win in so many ways. Thank You for Your perfect run an for not running again. You thanked God for Your perfect run an it was perfect. I respect You in so many ways. After I read what You said after the run. I really think You had more. Who cares ? Iv'e read over an over again that a 33' is ass heavy. 36' is faster. Well I guess if You know how to balance a boat an get the water Your looking for You can do beautiful things. I don't know anything about what You just did. But it was beautiful. Thanks to You an God Bless Your Famly. Artie

Nice to see E-85 being adapted into the marine world. I have been running it in my corvette for 3 years now and the power it makes, and cooling properties are amazing for a $3 per gallon fuel.

I had assumed that G.O. was running 110 or 116 octane race fuel. To hear that he made a 192 pass in a center pod, full cabin, open cockpit boat is AMAZING on gas that you can get from a pump that costs $3 to 3.29 per gallon. Even more impressive!

I talked to Greg and his wife at the docks at Capt Rons and at the Camden. Both are a class act and it couldn't of happened to a nicer guy. Congrats to you both.

:ernaehrung004:Amazing run. Congrats to Greg and GT. Very few engine builders can make that kind of power and make it live. But even fewer have the stones to drive it.
Thanks for the show.
