Who Else Is Enjoying This Season As Much As I Am?
For us living in the northeast at least this has truly been a summer to remember! I don't recall ever seeing so many days in the 90s and 100s. Very few rain days. Three record setting highs in March and I was boating on each of them. Many other record setting highs throughout the summer. I've kept a log this year and have been out on the boat 32 times so far and there is no end in sight. I am heading out today and, weather permitting, to Muscamoot Bay Monday. And my season does not end with Labor Day. I usually boat well into October. I've been documenting this summer with lots of pics. Oh, and to top it off the only thing I've broken on the boat is a battery hold-down top! Anyone else having as much fun as me? Anyone else been out over 30 times? (Florida doesn't count!)

North Fla has been bombarded with rain this year so I have the opposite experience. Weather has sucked and blown at the same time... between that and family I think I have been out 3 times instead of the usual 30!
On the plus side I haven't used my sprinklers yet this year

Makes up for the last two summers. I've been out more this year than the last two years combined. It has been a pleasure especially considering the new boat. Makes up for lost time. Even brought the boat up from Cumberland and have been out on the Ohio a bit this year. Apparently this has been one of the best years for the Ohio that anyone can remember.
It's always nice to pull the boat out of the water and not have to worry about a scum line. In reality, it had less of a scum line after a day of boating on the Ohio than I've been experiencing down at Cumberland this year... I'll blame the lines from Cumberland on the coves and the big motors.

It’s been a great summer and there is still more to come. I don’t want it to get here any sooner than it has to but my favorite boating weather is just around the corner. Nothing better than floating down the river with a sweat shirt on looking at the trees when they change color, well almost nothing.

We are blessed with long boating seasons each year and this one has been the same,we have been out almost every weekend since April and when we do get rain we still go out as the lake is big enough that we can either run from the squalls or run straight into them for some big water fun, theres nothing like the spray over the bow in your face.My only issue this year is one header leaking and I sent both sets in for repair and repolish and should have them back next week but have spent the down time on friends boats. It's been a great summer for us but wish everyone in Isaacs path good luck.

For example, the ridiculous repeating record setting floods in Vegas.. WTF?!
