Vnemous dont listen to who told you No Cops
They will be on the lake and be a PITA
Noise they will DCB meters
Speed Maybe north end of lake will be OK but mid to south be carefull
BWI etc....

If you know what the town went through to keep that place from turing into condos, youd edit that post.
