Default IMCO -3 lowers

I blew the vertical shaft on one of my IMCO -2 lowers. Going to get it fixed by Mr Gadgets ( Dick Tryce)
BUT - I am thinking that I would like to go to -3 inch shorties.
I may just keep my SCARAB and do some upgrades.

There is a guy selling new in the box -3 IMCO lowers and he wants $3995.00 each.
I offered $7000.00 for both.
Am I too low? My thinking is yes they are new but I am not the original buyer and the warranty probably would not be any good for that reason.

What would be a fair market value???

I plan on cutting my uppers for prop clearance.

I just did the mod to my Bravo upper for a -3. I have a gallery with plenty of pics if you're interested to see how I did mine. I have a thread that has the link if you do a search on my user name.

I don't think your offer is bad at all.

Keep in mind that you have to modify your upper cav plate to use a -3 lower.
