My take on it is we had a warm dry summer, they had a good summer. To many bad years and they have already made commitment to move on park. You buy a bunch of food, weather bad and throw it all out. Gets a little old. Sheryl's husband is in retirement years, unable to sell, make it into a park and let someone else run it.Just my take from talking with them. They would sub lease the building if you want . They have just had enough.

Maybe we can get wrinky off the massage table and have him run it .
