The new W275ax twin-screw supercharger is the latest supercharger added to Whipple's offering. With unique benefits such as a new 12-rib serpentine belt system, HD drive, oversized oil capacity, new rotor profile, new rotor port timing, multiple discharge pressure ratio options and oversized bearings.

While boasting all the new features, the Whipple W275ax (4.5L) is the identical height and length of the popular W245ax (4.0L) giving the 4.5L little issues for fitment yet giving a significant boost in potential power.
Looks nice Dustin!

No, it's 1" longer than the 3.3. 2mm shorter than 4.0l. The rotors are larger in diameter and we designed the housing to be very compact.

Is the new supercharger bigger than the one used on the merc700 can the unit be run dry like the 700 merc ,would be nice to have a kit for the 525 to be set up like the merc 700 with 8 injectors in the intake seems like a very reliable set-up that will run alot of hours

Yes, for marine, they are in stock. We build to order and our current lead time is 3-4 weeks.

The stock 600, 662 and 700 are the standard 3.3 liters. We already have a 4.0L upgrade for them, but yes this is bigger in displacement than that, 4.5 liter.

We already have 525 kits that use the factory PCM and they are VERY reliable. The first one we did already has 280 hours on his, in 1 year, no problems.
