Not a vee I know, but a boat Skater specifically built for triples we rigged. This boat still holds the Albany-NYC-Albany endurance record too. 3hr7min. The acceleration is mind blowing.

Yup. On the Pro-Stock 32 we ran an RE4 in the middle when it was calm out, was good for 3-4mph with less trim. Won a lot of races that way
I always liked the old shots floating around of Bill Marriots 32' Skater w/the twin OMC V-8 offshore motors from back in the day. Just changed hands a few yrs back and I think they either gave up on keeping the unobtanium, shifting/race lowers together or maybe the motors completely. 390 HP's per, stock. Wicked motors but if you can't get parts..... |
