Phantom makes great boats. The problem is resale value. Phantom is an east coast built boat. Esentially you lose 2/3 of the market (Centeral and West Coast) when you decide to sell. It happened to me when I tried to sell my kryptonite. Best of luck with the sale. This boat RUNS. It kept up with us during the AC run and we were in a 39OL with 600 Zuls.
