I recently acquired the 25" Magnum from Gerald that was on here. I want to thank Bud for all information he has sent me. I plan on restoring this boat and will start posting photos shortly.

The boat had the forward part of the engine hatch that was on hinges and tilted forward and a fiberglass bracket that seemed to wrap around the gunwale for the original hatch. I am not sure if this model had a full sunpad or had the space on each side of the engine hatch.

I am looking for any suggestion on reforming a new engine hatch from port to starboard. I was thinking about using coring and then sandwiching them between a top and bottom glass panel to save weight.

Thanks

Mike
