Oh I KNOW that's the reason why. You should see it wobble. I consider myself lucky to have made it back to the ramp. It really is that messed up. Tinker, you have any experience at this sort of thing??

Bummer, dood. I gotta go back to work tomorrow after almost 4 months off. I'm singin' the blues. But hey, the airshow was kick-ass!

No -- I have pulled the transom assembly before-- but I have not pulled them apart before. I have to pull both of mine off this fall to replace both of the tiller arm seals.

Mike, Sorry to hear about your drive. Your luck has got to start changing for the better. When did you find the cracks, Saturday night or Sunday? I'll ask around this week and see if I can find anything for you. At least it didn't break when we were airing them out Saturday.

Hang in there, man.

I'm sure it was already busted then Doug. Steering was way nasty. Every time I took torque off the prop (launching off a swell or backing off quickly from high rpm) it would hook to the right pretty hard. Seeing how bad it is cracked, I'm thankful for getting home alive.
