Huge Bucs fan here. Seems like this boat/wrap job might have appeared in another thread. . .

I was thinking the same thing, guess that is to avoid using an alignment tool? Talk about the hard way, wonder if he unbolted the heads from the block to get the exhaust off?

I'm not sure what was going with the motor removal. Thats how I bought it. If fact that was one of the pictures i got when I inquired about the boat. Seemed like a lot of extra work for sure and a major PITA!

The buc wrap is lame, but it is what it is. Going down the river its not so noticeable so I lived with it. The previous owner was the brother of a buc football player so I guess he was a HUGE fan.

I charged the velocity's batteries this morning to try the stereo and it all work good so that's a plus!

Thumbs up

Very Nice!, I owned a 96 with the same power and then did some upgrades, I have a 39 now but still miss the 280, they are a blast to drive, congrats and good luck.

These boats handle that good to run 111 mph? Or even 90's? Coming from the Baja 235 its wild for me to think this velocity has the potential to run these kinds of speeds. The only way my Baja would see those speeds are behind my dually.....thats if the trailer tires stayed on. Lol

With my hp goals of 600 hp with heads cam and exhaust what is the potential speed of the velocity?
