I give up 8 post into this! Yes, in that case the 125 mph boat wins. Hoiwever, I thought the challenge had to do with being able to run hard in the rough. The boats need to be somewhat capable of matching each others speed in the calm water in order to see which boat can maintain "X" speed in the big water. Just sayin'

Best thing that happened when you guys came up was me telling Delo I'd beat him to the City in the afternoon. And I did...cuz he turned around!

I believe that was the year you guys had to stop for an "emergency" break downtown????

And specific location? A little bird told me that running from the Skater factory to Chicago would be a good run.

I'm chiming in strictly as a humble fan. I respect anyone with the stones and resources to run their boat in such an event.

Skater factory to Chicago would be about a 100 mile run...
