Default I got a suprise when pulling my 502 apart

Im buiding new engines this winter, so I pulled the starboard engine apart and found, what I expected, dimple rods. While pulling the pan off the port engine, what do I see 12 point cap screws and H beam rods. They turned out to have Mercury Racing stamped on them. I thought all along these were the original engines for my boat but not so. The starbourd engine has a Mercury metel plate rivited to it and the other one not. So do you guys think this was a replacement long block, the crank looks different also. I already have my new cranks and rods so this rotating assembly will be for sale.

Whats this crank, rods and pistons worth.

You found an Allen wrench in the oil pan and gave it back to your buddy?

The HP 500 EFI came with those rods and crank, and it is 502 ci. Probably what you have.
