The boat did sink at a Poker Run off of Sanibel Island and was repaired at the tune of $180k by all the trades people recommended by Johnny Tomlinson.

Most of the videos here are after the repairs.

That pic of the occurance off Sanibel was taken from my boat.

We stayed beside GL while that was happening.

Gotta say one thing that stands out in my mind.

He stayed cool as a cucumber while it was happening and took the whole thing a lot better than I could have.

Cool GLH !!!!!!

Why wasn't it just totalled when it sunk? 180K to fix a boat that is for sale for 149K seems crazy. Not doubting your decision as your stuff is always mint from the various cars/boats I have seen you post.

I had a Mercedes that got about 15K more in body damage repairs than I later sold the car for (I would have been 15K ahead just totalling the car).

The agreed to value was more than that with the insurance company.

Also look around and find a rig as safe and fast for $180k, by rebuilding DOI I knew exactly what I was getting as oppose to buying another used boat full of surprise.
