WOW. Nort, can you believe I am still confused

I have studied this thread more than just once and still cannot figure out how you are changing those photos

Could you perhaps give me ONE more example of how you are shrinking those photos and maybe, just maybe I will figure it out

how do you zoom in on a pic to get 640 x 480 but not loose the resolution

What is the size of the original picture? I use one I got with my HP Scaner. I tryed it on the boat and girl but it is allready 380 x 240 and blowing it back up looked grainy. Charlie
