I agree, the Black Thunder is the BEST option. They are great boats overall. They are working on a new design and you could be one of the first to order one!!!
Black Thunder meets all your criteria, I really don't think a 382 Formula will even come close to satisfying you. No offense formula owners, but the 382's length includes the swim deck. Cabin is really not that big. They are not that fast. they do everything ok just not great. Again no offense, if you have been on a 45 Excalibur you will understand where I am coming from.
Buy another 45 Excalibur or buy a Black Thunder!
1997 and newer 43 or 46 Black Thunder will run low 70's with 500's.

"Smokin Gun" here on the boards has a really nice custom 382 Formula Fastech for sale. Boat runs 80+ MPH, all new interior, IMCO Extreme drives, new covers. He has his eye on a new boat, so the Fastech is going CHEAP.
