Want some crazy stories, read the Pantera section. Wow..
|
Wow, just wow. OCM is a coward, plain and simple. Just contact the local news to Oregon and make them looks like fools, maybe that will change their preception before court gets involved.

Amazing how another "reputable" dealer/builder is being outed as a thief (according to what we know so far and what they won't answer). I'm afraid more of these stories about this guy will trickle out now, which could have helped prevented Chuck from getting involved to start with if they had come here with their problems.
This is why it needs to be on OSO. If there's a misunderstanding and it all gets sorted out then that gets shown here too.....but seems unlikely after 2 years. |
If I am reading all this correctly the title showed that the Nortech had no liens against it....so now it is Chuck's word against OCM's on whether he communicated to them that it did indeed have a lien......Chuck did you sign the title over to OCM when you made the trade?......is it the buyer's responsibility to insure that the title is free and clear?......I am not at all siding with OCM in this situation but it may appear from a paper trail perspective that Chuck was not forthcoming and make things more complicated if he tried to get his Nortech back

You'd be best served packing your lunch box cause it'll be a long wait.
Any, reasonably smart, business owner will refuse to answer this question by taking the 5th. IMO, it pretty obvious that they took these funds and used them for other purposes than what the obligated purpose was. Personally, I'd love to hear his response too. See ya, Kelly |

from the sound of things, ocm is probibally broke and does not have the money that is meant to go to fracini,i hope im wrong, but i suspect a long court battle and in the end,ocm goes out of business, and owner does time, chuck gets screwed out of his money, the bank holding the lean gets defaulted, and the new owner of the nor-tec enjoys his beautyful boat,as he did nothing wrong.it is dealers like ocm that screw it up for all the reputable dealers,as i said before,i would have never let the nor-tec out of my posession until the new boat was a completed boat and ready for delivery.chuck,i really hope that it does not play out this way.good luck.

No one ever implicated the builder. To say "dealer/builder outed as a thief"is unfair to Frisini. Chuck has repeatedly said it has nothing to do with the builder. No reason to tarnish a company unless it is warranted.
