Sorry to hear. I saw the writing on the wall last year.
Too many crooked people in the boat biz.

Human nature to hope for the best. Still hoping for a resolution. The boat is basically done.

Best of luck. I saw they changed their company name on FB today. Hopefully your boat won't be caught up in bankruptcy BS.

If this deal goes bad I am thinking the new owner of the Nor-tech may be wishing you kept it as well.

I've met you in the past, and I thought you were a great guy. I just can't get over the fact that some dude plunked down a quarter million dollars for your old boat which still has a loan on it. I am assuming you have not transfered the collateral yet, technically the new boat doesn't exist.

Social media is important, it's too bad this thread will bring years of bad press to OCM from first glance, it is only negative for the builder if you dig deep, which most won't.

I wish you well, and hope this all works out in your favor, and the cat lien is transfered over to clear the new owner. I would not sleep well in your situation, in fact I would be there in person in case they close the doors and pull a pantera.

The pictures are amazing, that may be the most useful, sexy boat I have ever seen. Simply beautiful.

Good luck

Again, can someone with knowledge in the legal side of this explain how creditors of the manuf have the right to put a freeze on assets of the company such as this if its been paid for. I'm not saying this is the case but know this is how sev'l deals in the past have gone down. Thanks for shedding light on things and I wish you the best Chuck.

Need to make a new list.

Pantera XXXXXX = NOPE
Frisini XXXXXX = NOPE

I'm sure the list must be a lot longer than this.
