Legally he does not own it and has a right to know that, being as you have kept up on the payments you could walk right up to it and take it legally and resell it. it may also force OCM to do the right thing. That claim is obviously to defend himself of any legal action. Regardless once he knew of a lien on a sold boat it should have been addressed. I can have the lien release as soon as the new boat is completed.

Also I am no expert but the dealer representing your Nortech as free and clear and selling it to the buyer as such would be a criminal act.
