Janet Brunner (the author this fine tribute) is the chief scorer for OSS/ABPA. She knew Jimmy Welsh for eight years and they came to be great friends.

Jimmy will be missed, one of those guys that was always smiling from ear to ear and made ya laugh. RIP trophy *****. Thoughts and prayers to the family and many friends
