Ok guys, who do you use for boat insurance? Just got denied of claim #2 of this past year! Boating is expensive enough without having to pay for insurance and then paying for everything they're supposed to cover.:angry-smiley-055::angry-smiley-055::angry-smiley-055::angry-smiley-055:

No. If I ever make a claim it would have to be something catastrophic.

Stacy is great.
If you're making petty claims than I think you are doing yourself more harm than good. I'm like POWERPLAY - I only make a claim if it is catastrophic - helps me insure things cheaply. |

I hear ya on that. I have not had to in 10 years and just like that i had one hell of a bad season with no help from insurance. I know they are pretty tough now a days but I had two legit claims.

My brother that doesn't own a performance boat had two legit claims in the past 5 years with Progressive. They beat him around so bad he paid to have it fixed both times and never recieved a dime. And it went on his history so they cancelled his policy. I have an older boat and they are tougher to insure. I am very happy with my coverage and premium through Stacy but If it was a motor or a couple drives I would suck it up and pay out of pocket rather than risk being cancelled and have to shop around. I deal with auto insurance daily and am surprised how they deal with their watercraft customers.
