The Boston Whaler is slower than 70 mph, the Phantom is faster is faster than 70 mph. Sometimes less than 70 mph is as fun as more than 70 mph. I have always loved small Boston Whalers since kid in a 13' Whaler back in my Brigintine, NJ days (1970's).
PS both are forsale, $10K for the Whaler (garage kept), and $65K for the Phantom (Will Smith driving, I am the passenger in the picture below), also kept in the same garage. Must admit I am very reluctant to sell the Whaler.
