Would have to add a couple zeros to the end of the asking price if that was the case

Its actually priced really fair. Black Thunder was just listed at 950,000 and now has a partner of aprox 50% which is helping to fund new boat projects, marketing, and updates. Looking forward to seeing some great new products from Black Thunder. Hopefully the same happens with Saber.

The Saber 28 was a great hull. I'm pretty sure that the Powerquest tooling and assets were sold at auction within the last couple of years.

Nope the bank still has it all. Their valuation is more than a bit high if they were serious at moving it. I had their assests list and could not justify the values they had on the items.

Would have to see the quality of the tooling and extent of the equipment that is included but $250k for Saber is more reasonable depending also on how many models they have/had. Although Saber does not have much name recognition anymore so likely better off to invest the $250k in new tooling and company. From what I remember Sabers are pretty dated.

Black Thunder was bit overpriced in my opinion but glad to see they got picked up.

Guess i should have looked at the website first! Didn't realize they had the 41 and 47 Apache molds.

Overall this could be a pretty good buy.
