Default End Of An Era, Ft Apache

Heard the other day FT APACHE MARINA sold ,there will be a beutiful condo going in its place, just what AVENTURA needed, down the street at the point lot construction is underway for a school , office building is nearing completion in front of FT APACHE,when you turn down the street you can no longer see the THUNDER ALLY sign on the side of the building, guess ill be moving my boat out soon, just a matter of time before CIG sells those lots their on.

Thats a bummer ! I kept my boat there for many winters before I moved down here.

Bring your boat to american offshore they can take care of you.
And rumor is that there will one day be a new high/dry in pompano.

We did'nt see you at the Deerfield race ??

See ya out there !
