Diamond Performance Exceptional Review

I have nothing but great things to say about the customer service at Diamond Performance. I ordered about $2000 worth of Shadow Caster underwater LED lights in mid December. According to UPS they were delivered to my house on 12/28. I never saw them. I immediately got ahold of both UPS and Diamond Performance to inform them of the situation. UPS sent out the driver that delivered them and I confirmed that I never recieved them. After a couple weeks of UPS putting a trace on the package (not sure exactly what that means) I get a PM from Diamond Performance with a new tracking number with new lights. I asked to make sure it was UPS that ended up paying for them and they replied that UPS only reimbursed them $100. Diamond Performance was very helpful throughout this and while I feel very bad that they had to cover the cost of the stolen lights, they have earned my business for life! Thanks again DP, can't wait for the new lights! I'll be ordering some for the Formula soon!

New lights just came in mail. Hooked them up to a jet ski battery real quick just to see them and 20 min later I am literally still seeing spots. Can't wait to get these installed!

I have never had dealings with Bill in the past. However, I have been in contact with him regarding ordering a billet swim step and a few other smaller billet items. While another well known supplier has been giving me the run around for way too long regarding the same order, so far Bill has not disappointed me. I will let you guys know how it works out. Needless to say, I am finished with the other supplier.
