get a can of coffee and pour half out and put it in the cabin. The beans will absorb the odor.

spray the whole inside down with fabreeze and leave it for a week buttoned up tight, then add a can of half empty coffee

The ground up beans absorb any and all odors. A guy who detailed my cars told me about it. I took a Folgers can dumped half out and put it in a stinky pet urine travel trailer. A week later you couldn't tell it ever had a pet in it. We also steam cleaned it, but the coffee ate up the odor.

Leave a bucket of charcoal inside when it is covered up. Cheep and it works great.
