It is very important to check blood sugar every night before going to bed because blood sugar tends to go go overnight! When my daughter and I check our blood sugar, and it if is little low, we grab something to eat before going to bed so we can have good sleep and know that our blood sugars are ok! So...I went through that before and I aint letting that happen again.

Glad to hear that she is ok!!!!

That is what we do as well. I think she was 120 before bed and had an apple that night. We still really don't know why she went so low, or tuely know if that is what caused it. But all the doctors feel it was the cause, as well as I do.

My wife gave her a full shot of glucagon while she was having the seizur and either that stoped it or she was comming out of it already. We checked her sugar level a few minutes later and she was 71. I figure with her heart pumping from the seizur that the glucagon had to hit pretty fast. With her only being 71 after the shot, she had to be pretty low before.
