Boys and girls, please. Jackie is a girl ... and a friend. If I can't pick on her, who can I pick on?

My position? Not even close.

since we are in the mood to give people a hard time the horizon in Jay's photo is not level either, and the railing is blocking the view of some of the boats, really they both suck as photos but show lots of cool boats! :lolhit:

I just noticed Jay's comment that it was shot one handed at 60mph so i guess Jackie did the same, so I take back my comment, they are both great shots considering the situation.

Jay's horizon is slightly off kilter, for sure, but I gave him a break because of the "Hail Mary" nature of his shot. But yeah, it is a few degrees off.

Having the blue railing of the bridge in the photo was intentional. It's actually a pretty basic element of photo composition to have something in the foreground in a situation where you're trying to not only capture the subject but also the place, in this case a bridge, from where you were shooting it. The bridge is part of the story the photo is telling.

Because Jay is not shy with using Photoshop to enhance color saturation, his photos look much like what I see when I'm wearing Maui Jims or Ray Bans in Florida, which is pretty much whenever I'm outside during the day.

As always, Psorti, you make me laugh. Well played.

Jay hits homeruns with his camera like Bonds did with "the juice"!!!
