need honest opinion????
hello everyone i am going to look at my first performance boat on saturday(2003 powerquest 280 silencer 496 ho with 311 hours)boat all stock with cockpit cover and trailer.my question is if the boat is extreamely clean and in excellent condition what would you offer for a bottom line starting price and whats the max you would pay? thanks everyone and hope this is the last boat i have to ask advise on buying.

nada average is 25k w/o a trailer so i would say 27g tops and if it were me i would probably start at 23g all they can do is say no
I would offer an insultingly lowball and go from there...
15k
It's your $$$$, do what you think is right.
You would have to be a moron to offer 15k! If someone offered me less than half of my REASONABLE asking price, id tell you to go F yourself and buy a bayliner!
your so angry drock, your tantrum allready sold.... the right price is usually where you both feel screwed
I agree with a sub $20k offer. It is not a leading brand, and it is a tough market. Sub $20k is a quick price, full NADA today is a 2 year sell price

That Powequest should bring 30+, if it has been well maintained, especially in the Great Lakes area where they are familiar with the brand. Nice graphics too.
