Hey Ienstein, ever wonder why those forign manufactures are now so focused on building vehicles in the US? Same reason Japan was in the late 80's. Has alot to do with who owns US debt and the US banking industry. Step back and look at the larger picture.
You bring a whole new level to the term narcissism. It is just trouble having a discussion with someone like you that has to revert to a personal insult, and a closing statement that reads as if you "won" at the end of some of your posts. Keep telling yourself that you are winning that internet forum fight, I'll (and the rest of the majority public) will continue to buy the best value for our dollar. Whining and Winning have nothing in common. Life was never fair, stop making excuses and build better cars like they used to. Almost forgot to ask. Is your screen name based of the IrocZ Camaro or the Iroc Dodge Daytona? Both equally amazing cars :lolhit: |

Wow, we got way off the topic of what this thread was intend for....:hijack:
My question is this, do all you guys that say you would only buy American cars/trucks carry that same thought/ideal with you when purchasing other items? It would seem to me that a person boasting that they only buy American, but yet own Japanese/Chinese electronics would be some sort of hypocrite…no? I guess you have never bought a Sony, Panasonic, Pioneer, NEC, Nikon, Nintendo, Toshiba, Sharp… you get the point. BTW, I own a Dodge! But I also own some of the above company’s products. |

Ridiculous. Every Toyota Tundra is built in America, every Chevy pickup is built in Mexico. When you buy a Tundra you are saving an American job, when you buy a Chevy you are shipping more American jobs to Mexico. Bottom line.

I will say again non union tradesman typically fall by the wayside in a week or two. They cannot physically keep up and attendance is a major issue. They cannot commit to do what ever it takes to get it done AND or perform and a quality level that is acceptable.

God thats funny, I been in trades for 20 years.... I see all contractors union and non, unions are not what they were and not needed these days, if you dont like your job get a different one... non union guys can't hang??? MY AZZ.... I do more and make more money then the union guys in my buisness... I have a good gig so maybe I'm lucky...some union guys still get very good pay for half the work and quality... not in all cases but in many....when a job needs done I work harder or longer, not the union guys they are out unless forced to work or bribed with more pay, I get MANY extras that unions more pay don't cover, so to campare ability of union and non is stupid....
