Default Molds Repo'd from Frisini

The St. Lucie Sheriff's Office arrived at Frisini Motorsports this morning and are currently assisting the lienholder in removing of molds from Tony Frisina's facility in Ft. Pierce.

Why can this be good for our sport?

Way too much drama and negativity here on this board lately.

Pretty sad.

i know it is very bad for our sport, and for one i love sonic and the 30 frisini is one of my all time favorite boats i would hate to see it go away if they go under. I meant good reading as in i can for see alot of drama in the future is all i meant.

I'm not an attorney but the court docs don't list a lien-holder. the court docs list it as spectre vs arrow performance boats llc.

I've seen this coming with the previous discussions regarding not delivering boats that had prepaid deposits etc. One of my best friends was seriously considering a Frisini/Spectre cat build and in talking with Spectre just a few months ago it was very clear they had never been paid for their molds by Frisini and their was a lot of very obscure finances. In addition, Frisini and their own dealer network was far from being on the same page. As someone else stated, I hope as many do that this works out because the Frisini as well as several of the Spectre models are great packages!!!! I hate to see any more negative light being brought to our industry as the industry is doing its best to rebuild and move forward and that starts with solid reputations and products. Good luck to all involved and I truly hope that customers and/or customer monies don't get the bad end of the stick when this all pans out.
