Looking at a Liberator 221 with 454 1990. Can anyone give me a fair value for boat?

anywhere from $500 to 10k depending on condition. running-driving-pretty with nothing real special in the engine compartment i would guess $5000. seller always wants more-buyer always wants to pay less. boats are selling a little better now, but it is still a buyers market.
