Rich Rigda at TPR in Saginaw Mi has added steps to several boats and claims they were faster fwiw, I saw one of them and it was interesting, Smitty

A friend of mine painted steps on the side of his straight bottom 38 Fountain. It has big power and handles great!

I think adding a pad to a conventional v bottom would be more beneficial..any thoughts. And can it be added without worry of ripping off
