Dave Goodman @ Tiger Fiberglass here in Marysville Mi did all the work on Jeff's boat bottom. Jeff's Fountain was raced originally as Parts Plus & it was just OK, after Dave worked his magic this boat rocked. I believe it is one of the winningest Fountain race boats & the boat to beat in B class.. If your ever @ Comerica ball park in Detroit, you can more of Dave's work as Dave Goodman made all the fiberglass tiger statues around the park.

Exactly when was that?

I need to find a water jet operator around here to cut my vents for the hatch. But if I don't go that route I will definately like to have a set of those to replace my originals rookie. How much would a set cost?

Thanks tcwcar, is it Herr and Saco? I did an internet search and came up with them but thought maybe they only did production quantity runs.

I was waiting for someone to catch that! LOL

Is there still a market for non-stepped hull or has the market completely shifted to stepped hulls only???

With all the bad press with stepped hulls I would have thought non-stepped hulls would make a comeback. Perfect example was the papa dukes race team. Dominated for years in a old school carrera or similar then made the move to a stepped bottom and weren't nearly as competitive and even went for a swim in MI. Am I the only one who will give up a couple mph for better handling???
