You need to take Tres Matin's high performance course. If memory serves me, he said that the majority of catastrophic problems with injuries and deaths were attributed to improper tab/trim settings. Take his course! It is really expensive, you will learn a lot, you will get hands on instruction in your own boat, and you will think it was worth every penny. I would like to take the course again...!
