Default Plane crash over Afghanistan.

Yesterday I got horrible news, one of my friends was a pilot on the aircraft. I set-up a paypal donation for his family here:
https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/websc...=EAFDXP3C3G8GY.

He was a friend and a fellow boater. He was not in the military but has been supporting them with shipments of supplies for several years privately.

On facebook, our class in High school has already raised $1200, and growing in a few short hours. He married his long time girlfriend 2 weeks ago and has one child, and one on the way.

The donation should be sent to the Brad Hasler Memorial Fund, he is from Riverview, MI. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, Brian.

RIP guys. Hard to see a 747 stall like that. There is talk of a possible load shift.

Sad day for the crew and families-

My colleagues daughter is a flight attendant for National Air Cargo and departed on the flight directly before this flight. She flew home with the pilots wife back to MI to help console her. Truly tragic and chilling!

God speed to all who lost their life!

Flying with a guy this week that used to fly with the two guys at the controls...heart breaker hearing about the family they left behind...to close to home...I know another guy that just resigned from Kalitta because of there record and MX issues...the way that nose went up it had to be load shift...speculation is they were moving some sort of tank...f'n sucks!

Just got this from one of my Buddy's...

Early rumor from USAF guys over there is 8 vehicals onboard, four found still attached, four found in the tail section, guess is one came unlocked at rotation and piled the other 3 into the aft of the aircraft, they had no chance? Just early rumors from guys over there!
