Paintball guns are a wonderful thing..
Makes it easy to identify the boat later..

It only takes money, not brains. That guy put a lot of lives in danger. The driver of the pontoon boat is very easy going.

it is hard to defend the indefensible and I am not trying to do that, but if you notice there is a guy with a camera in the back of the pontoon laid down and shooting photos with a long lens

there is a possibility they might know the fool on the cat, but it sounds more (from their reactions) like perhaps they don't know them, but were out there expecting to see some stupidity and perhaps experience it up close and personal and so it was not a huge surprise for them and the photos made it worth it

either way if the lake patrol or coast guard had seen that the operator of that boat would be lucky to go off with only a ticket and not a ride to jail......IF they all knew each other it is still not the smartest maneuver and if they did not it is downright stupid and the are lucky the people on the pontoon seem to know that stupid is in the house (and operating a boat on the lake at high speeds) and they are just going to accept it because it was "fun"

SOMEBODY has to know who this guy is. There aren't that many DCBs in the world, and there aren't many that look like that. That was AMAZINGLY stupid...I think an appropriate punishment is an outing on a public forum. C'mon AZ...who is that moron?

Thanks so much for the video!!

It has been forwarded to the central governing authority.

They will identify the boat via GPS & move forward with the proper due process.

Just a friendly reminder to everyone.... your every move is being tracked & recorded(hint: look up in the sky)... Don't do anything you want recorded & then have to face the legal consequences

Unfortunately.. a felony; even throwing an Nerf football would be so.

But I tend to agree with you.

With a pass like that, there would be words, fists, soybean oil (paintballs) or other projectiles flying at some point.
