How does the Kilo Run @ LOTO Shootout work!
I mean, is it a standard Kilo, that you have to run both directions, standing start, rolling start or what?

It's not a kilo, just a top speed radar pass. Straight 2 mile course, Standing start, 1 mile to radar gun, 1 mile to slow down. Boats broken up into classes by cat/v, length, and power. Fastest overall gets crowned the Top Gun.
