Default How much faster will i be?

Have a 22' scarab that had a 330 7.4 and a 24p bravo 4 blade. best i ever saw was 62 on gps. I just had a new 461 built for it and im gonna be jumping right at 100hp. Any guesses how much faster its gonna be with the added HP. Im hoping to get into the 70 range, what do you guys think?

You'll be short. Super rough rule is: 20hp = 1mph.

I would turn a 27 mirage plus 3 blade , been there and done that you would be close , and i know what i am talking about with that boat I have one for sale $ 250.00 shipped . A stock 330 with 100 more hp gets you 440 witch is a stock hp mercury hp 465 motor before hp 500. You need to get the bow up to get it going , thats way you need a big round ear prop

In that speed range, I've always used 15hp/mph. I've found that to be really close on Vee's.
