It's not "ultimate" by any means but it works for me.

40x56x14. I can park the truck and trailer hooked together and still have room to work on other stuff.

20' x 55' Commercial storage w/ individual controlled HVAC. They were sold as a plain shell, concrete floor & sheet rocked walls. I had the loft & bathroom added (under stairs)

Old concrete works also. The way I understand is if any other acid has been used on the floor it will have to be ground first.
