Wow that's close! Time to notch that door. I want to build a custom 32x38 so I'm only going over 16 sq. ft over my county limit. Which is no greater than 1200 sq. ft or half the dwelling. I can sneak 16 I think! Haha

Looks awesome DM. Nice job. I need 12 acres in N Ga I think.
|
Yes you do!

Obviously anyone who keeps their boat in a garage takes good care of it, we all know what a pain in the azz it can be to vacuum. I sort of installed a central vac by running 2" PVC up the wall and across the ceiling, connect my shop vac to the PVC at the bottom and a 10' long vac hose at the top. It reaches everywhere. I also put a switch on the ceiling to turn the receptical the shop vac is plugged into. For $20 worth of pvc this was money well spent.

Brilliant. I will be doing this soon. One large ladder hook hanging from the rafter, and a long hose to reach the cockpit and cabin; already planning it out.
Only issue is old hoses will crumble if it has been exposed to sunlight/chemicals and they shouldn't kink when new but as they age they might kink under heavy suction. Most of the good ones are tight at both ends where the collar meets the hose but some are just screwed onto the hose.....nothing some silicon/glue couldn't fix. |
Yes a self falling drain. You simply install the sections by number and they have built in fall.

It's not "ultimate" by any means but it works for me.
40x56x14. I can park the truck and trailer hooked together and still have room to work on other stuff. http://i235.photobucket.com/albums/e...627_070527.jpg http://i235.photobucket.com/albums/e...psf5607847.jpg |
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ I'd kill for that setup. Nice!!

Old concrete works also. The way I understand is if any other acid has been used on the floor it will have to be ground first.
