Actually an interesting story about that place. The owner of that unit is an attorney. He bought that end unit after reviewing all the docs for the community. The pool and dock were built to be shared but he was able to sue after closing and keep the dock and pool as his own due to faulty HOA descriptions.

Bobby is 25. He's running Mercedeshowroom & puts in 12 hrs. a day usually.
