Hey Cgarrett, My boss was wondering how you like the boat and all. And was wondering how it is docking? He seems to be having a hard time with it. But this is his first boat with triples. He just got the boat last friday and his boat is an 87 also. thanks

I have a 2001 Phantom 29' CC, 8.1 Volvo GSi single. 60 mph, great low rpm cruise speed. This is a shortend 34' F2 hull. No cuddy, but it is a great riding, practical Florida boat.

dont know what size exactly your looking for but glasstream in the panhandle of florida has a new all tooled 28 step center console with cabin which was at the miami show, looked awesome. twin 250's registered mid 80's and the price tag under 60K for everything including trailer.

Thanks for the input !!! I'm looking at the Cig real hard if I can find one chep enough. EBay had a 2000 with a starting bid of 90K awhile back. If I can get into one for around the 120K range I would like to go that route. I'm looking for a 31 plus foot boat with a small cabin and still runs in the 70 or 80's. I looked at the Concept but I really wasn't impressed with the rigging. Intrepid's are nice but I want something alittle more performance looking. Power Play has some nice offerings. Anyhow, again thanks for the input's.Dave Warden

Does your boss also have the 31 Cigarette Decathlon?
I've seen a few pictures of different ones on the net but they are pretty rare.
I have some pretty good brochures and information on the boat that was passed on to me by the original owner.
I have better luck with twin inboards at docking and moving sideways but in time he will get better with it I'm sure.
I keep the center motor in neutral and use the outside two to get around the docks.
If he's on line have him shoot me an email:
[email protected]
If not you give me an address and I can pass it along.

Here ya go too old this is the slimmer suv version if thats what you were refering to. I sized the first photo down to meet the 50kb max to post , which didn't do the boat justice.

QST4IT that line about fast fishing boats is from Yellowfin's brouchure.
