Bought my boat in Philly. I had been up 36 hours, anyways, hooked the boat up, guy handed me the paperwork and I headed back to Toledo without looking at the paperwork. Guy signed it but didn't have it notarized and the Ohio DMV is giving me a hard time about it. (I know my bad). So now I'm having a hard time getting ahold of the guy (its been a couple months) Is there anyway to work around the issue??

Notaries only verify that the person who signs the documents are who they say they are. They know nothing about what Ohio Needs to register a boat. And technically it needs to be signed in their presence. The technical answer is it needs to be signed again and notarized. You really need to track them down!
