My 25 Outlaw with a 454 MAG MPI runs 63.9 on gps all stock with a 23p Mirage Plus 355 hours. I personally feel 68 or 69 with a stock 502 mag is asking a lot, being a Baja owner for a long time and knowing quite a few 25 Outlaw owners 65-66 is the norm. JMO

I had a similar problem with my 2000 Baja 272 w 454 mag mpi turning a 23 Mirage plus. Started to loose top end & rpm at wot. The electric fuel pump was not making enough pressure to feed the engine. It was at 20 psi when it should have between 36 & 42 psi. You might want to rule this out. good luck.
