I read the above link and suspect there are actual problems, not just user stupidity. I've used PM before, never had problems.
The instructions say we can have a limit of 25 messages. I get PM full messages when I get 5. FIVE.
I had 4 or 5 in there, I get an email that says someone tried sending me one, it's full. I go look, and there is ONE in there. The other 3 or 4 got mysteriously deleted.
So, I'd assess there are some issues not related to user stupidity. Unless our max number of PM we can have is ONE. I've since deleted that, but I've never had anywhere near 25 PM in my system.

Fever you have 22 sent items and three in the inbox for a total of 25. You need to set it to "Show Messages" from "The beginning" not the last ten days. We had to reset your password to access your account, please e-mail us with a new password of your choice.
