Also he has some good biz going on and it shows....his new digs on Clearwater beach is no shack at all.

I just moved to the area but I have ran into him 2 and his daughter once both are down to earth people.

You will see them out often from Target to Frenchys or what not. Not once will you see him be rude or an ass (well maybe his son) he might be drunk (superboat race Clearwater 2012) but he will make his rounds and meet all.

I use to compete when in my early 20's in body building (31 now) abd my trainer was his also and we got to workout a few times together. Also had many tie ups at tropics/Sheppards back in the day. Again.. always nice always fun

Ya.

We are finishing the deal and having some work done on it now. Should be maybe late July early Aug that it's all done and in the area. We are going to store it up at anclote marina and take it down south usually. There is a fun sand bar at johns pass we enjoy a lot.

Def should get up sometime.

Just a little north about 15 minutes on the outside and you can go to 3 Rooker island and anchor off the island , awesome place to relax, soft sand, anchor in 3 feet , and sit and drink beer !! Sometimes Sheppards gets to crazy and a bunch idiots with the 80's gold chains comes out !!!

me and Dean on this site worked out a deal for his 35' Nordic Flame with MAG 502's.

Just a small issue the boat had to go in for and me and him are working it out but nothing major. He has been a blessing to buy from and making my first powerboat buy a breeze.

When it gets here I will hit you up. Johns pass sand bar is fun also like tanner said 3 rooker is another fav of mine.

AttitudeJr 07-16-2013 10:04 AM

Sounds good! Our friends with the 34 sea ray used to have a 35 nordic with 500 efi's nice boat ran close to 90 with the 500's

I will be very happy with high 70's and a low 80 would be icing on the cake.

thisistank 07-16-2013 11:13 AM

He used to live (or have a second house) in the city about 20 miles south of us (Westlake - just outside of L.A.). Ran into him a few time at the Thousand Oaks mall. Said, "Hi" and watched him interact with people. He was always cool with people walking up to him and talking to him, kids wanting to shake his hand, etc. Doesn't seem to be a pretentious d!ck like many can be.

Beautiful Scarab with great power (drives need to be changed). Great refurbish with turn key power. I'd say the boat is worth 100k all day long so asking 150k and getting lower offers isn't outlandish.

Agree 100%. He put "big time" wrestling on the map in the 80s. Hulk Hogan will always be the biggest name in wrestling. Not Stone Cold Steve Austin, not John Cena, not even The Rock!

How can anyone on this site have something bad to say about a long dedicated Powerboater! Now if he was a Blowboater I would say let him have it.

Wait, I thought this was his boat....? Can anyone tell me if the one listed also has a bullet proof hull? If so, that could get you close to that $150k...

I'm at three rooker just about every weekend, granted I'm in a slow, old cruiser now but if you ever want to raft up give me a shout. I have a Bayliner Trophy Hardtop cuddy cabin thats blue and white. Im typically the only hardtop offshore fishing boat up there, its easy to find lol.

Blueabyss 07-16-2013 05:07 PM

I wonder if Brooke ever took a crap in that porta potty...Maybe thats why he is asking 150K...:lolhit:

Sounds good not sure when we will be out there next but will look for you! as long as you are on the water that is all that matters. I only have a 21 center console. No High performance boat of my own yet but my parents and a lot of my friends own them so I get to go out on them and drive them a lot. Also get to take the rents boat out every once in awhile but don't live in Ft.myers no more :poopoo: But looking forward to meet people up here

I would say some hardcore wrestling hick that has too much money and not enough sense bought it. If it was anybody on OSO i meant no disrespect.

And there's our answer as to what it is worth. A boat is worth...what someone is willing to pay for it!

On a side note, I didn't know that Hulk and Richie Cunningham were friends. :)

Change to that line to "a hardcore wrestling hick that doesn't have enough money bought it."

Back up on ebay...

What an entertaining thread this has been!! I personally think the Hulkster is awesome!! First of all, the flippin' guy is a Legend .........and from what I understand, he's a cool cucumber whose easily approachable. He's a South Beach Fixture!!

Yeah the boat is 16 years old, but the Scarab Hull is one of the most solid ever designed....couple that with a Very Nice Ilmor Motor package, and add in the Boat Cred. it gets because the Hulkster was pushing the sticks to the wood, and ............ Gentlemen and Ladies, I do believe the HOT BLONDE in the Ebay Ad comes with the boat:evilb:

You do, however, have to deduct for DNA removal from the Cuddy:eekdrop:

ratman 07-28-2013 10:12 AM

"He's a South Beach Fixture!!" i believe his ex wife is the south beach fixture, or well more of a doorknob than a fixture... as everyone has given her a turn. lol

they just want to ask him for his ex's tel number, cuz she is easy, likes young dudes, and has plenty of hulk's coin to pick up the tabs. lol
