I had the same problem a friend of our sat on the sun pad after putting sun tan lotion and we got two blue leg marks. This product to it all out!! All Their product work Great!

2nd on Majik Eraser then 303 Protectant. Best I have found.

You could spend hours scrubbing and drive yourself nuts with diffrent products or just let it bake in the sun and over time it will disappear. Clean off what you can then sit back and let the sun eat.

I would use Magic Erasers as little as possible on vinyl. They are abrasive and will remove the finish on the vinyl.
